  帕金戈金矿位于澳洲昆士兰州，矿区面积约3050平方公里。拥有符合 JORC 标准矿石量1349.1万吨，黄金金属量222.3万盎司（69.14 吨），平均品位5.1克/吨。帕金戈矿区深部及外围有很大的找矿潜力，随着持续的勘探投入，金属资源量有望突破100吨。

Pajingo project is located in Queensland, Australia, with a tenement package of about 3050 square kilometers. It has JORC resources of 13.491 million tons, gold metal amount of 2.223 million ounces(69.14 tons), grade 5.1 grams/ton. And there is great prospecting potential in the deep and periphery of Pajingo Gold Mine. With continuous exploration investment, its metal resources are expected to exceed 100 tons.

  催腾矿业持有的安夸贝石墨矿项目，位于非洲莫桑比克德尔加杜角省，矿区面积102.74平方公里，资源量4,610万吨，平均固定碳品位6.6%。该项目为大型及超大型鳞片状石墨矿，有相邻的三个矿权组成，资源开发前景可观，矿产资源被广泛应用于锂离子电池负极材料以及生产膨胀石墨等耐腐蚀、耐磨和节能材料。

The Ancuabe Project held by Triton Minerals, is located in Cabo Delgado province, Mozambique, Africa. The site covers 102.74 square kilometers, with a resource amount of 46.1 million tons and an average fixed carbon grade of 6.6%. The project is a large-scale graphite mine, consisting of three adjacent mining concessions, with considerable prospects for resource development. The mineral resources are widely used in lithium-ion battery anode materials and the production of expanded graphite, as well as other corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and energy-saving materials.

     楼房沟钒矿项目位于陕西省商南县城西南，矿区面积2.513平方公里，矿山五氧化二钒金属资源总量65.15万吨，平均品位1.08%，项目一期建成投产后，将实现年产五氧化二钒（高纯钒）5000吨。矿区周边存在多个钒矿探、采矿权，整合优势突出，资源前景可观。公司与大连融科储能集团股份有限公司签署了战略合作协议，双方将围绕钒矿资源全产业链展开合作，涵盖国内外钒矿资源的投资与开发、钒产品采购、全钒液流储能市场拓展及客户开发等领域。通过提升楼房沟钒矿项目的下游产业综合利用开发水平，进一步增强新能源储能产业链的整合能力，更好地助力公司“黄金矿产与新能源新材料矿产”双轮驱动战略的实施。

Loufanggou Vanadium Mine is located in the southwest of Shangnan County, Shanxi Province. The site covers an area of 2.513 square kilometers, with a V₂O₅ resource amount of 651,500 tons, and an average grade of 1.08%. It is estimated that the annual output of V₂O₅ (high purity vanadium) will reach 5,000 tons after it is put into production. There are multiple vanadium mining rights around the site, with outstanding integration advantages and considerable resource prospects. Yulong Gold has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Group, and will cooperate with Dalian Rongke across the entire industrial chain of vanadium resources, covering the investment and development of domestic and foreign vanadium mining resources, vanadium product procurement, all-vanadium liquid flow energy storage market development, and customer development layout. By improving the comprehensive utilization and development level of the downstream industries of the Loufanggou Vanadium Mine, the integration capability of the new energy storage industry chain will be further enhanced, and the "two-wheel drive" strategic positioning of gold mining and new energy and new materials minerals will be better implemented.

  硅石矿项目位于辽宁省辽阳市灯塔市，矿区面积0.3975平方公里，总资源储量合计1650.1万吨，品位97.35%。其中证内430.8万吨，采矿证深部已实现增储 1219.3 万吨，采矿证外围空白区内存在多条硅石矿脉，增储潜力巨大。

The Silica Mine Project is located in Dengta City, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province. The site covers an area of 0.3975 square kilometers. The total resource reserve is estimated to be 16.501 million tons, with an average grade of 97.35%. The mining certificate covers reserves of 4.308 million tons. Additionally, 12.193 million tons of potential reserves have been identified in the deeper sections of the mining certificate area. Moreover, several silica veins have been found in the unexplored areas outside the mining certificate, indicating significant potential for additional reserves.

  2024年上半年，公司实现营收8.81亿元，实现归母净利润2.38亿元。上半年，公司黄金贵金属采选业务收入和净利润持续保持增长，帕金戈金矿实现产金量4.92万盎司（1.53吨），实现营业收入7.89亿元，同比增长17.62%，实现净利润3.23亿元，同比增长 42.63%。

In the first half of 2024, Yulong Gold achieved revenue of 881 million yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 238 million yuan. During this period, the company's revenue and net profit from its gold and precious metals mining operations continued to show robust growth. The Pajingo Gold Mine achieved a gold production of 49,200 ounces (1.53 tons), generating operating income of 789 million yuan, which represents an increase of 17.62%. Additionally, the net profit reached 323 million yuan, reflecting a significant rise of 42.63%.
