Pajingo project is located in Queensland, Australia. It has JORC resources of 10.908 million tons, gold metal amount of 2.021 million ounces(62.86 tons), grade 5.80 grams/ton. And there is great prospecting potential in the deep and periphery of Pajingo Gold Mine. With continuous exploration investment, its metal resources are expected to exceed 100 tons.

       催腾矿业持有的安夸贝石墨矿项目，位于非洲莫桑比克德尔加杜角省，矿区面积102.74平方公里，资源量4,610万吨，平均固定碳品位6.6%。该项目为大型及超大型鳞片状石墨矿，有相邻的三个矿权组成，资源开发前景可观，矿产资源被广泛应用于锂离子电池负极材料以及生产膨胀石墨等耐腐蚀、耐磨和节能材料。

Ancuabe Project held by Triton Minerals, is located in Cabo Delgado province, Mozambique, Africa. The site is 102.74 square kilometers, the resource amount is 46.1 million tons, and the average fixed carbon grade is 6.6%. he project is a large and super large scaled graphite mine, consisting of three adjacent mining rights, with considerable prospects for resource development. The mineral resources are widely used in lithium ion battery negative electrode materials and the production of expanded graphite and other corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and energy-saving materials.

      楼房沟钒矿项目位于陕西省商南县城西南，矿区面积2.513平方公里，年生产规模66万吨，经评审备案矿石量4610.3万吨，五氧化二钒资源量49.99万吨，平均品位1.08%。建成投产后预计将实现年产五氧化二钒5000吨。矿区周边存在多个钒矿探、采矿权，整合优势突出，资源前景可观。公司已与大连融科储能集团签订《战略合作协议》，将围绕国内外钒矿资源投资与开发、钒产品采购、全钒液流储能市场开拓和客户开发布局开展合作。在补充勘探的平硐施工过程中，新发现原地质勘探报告中未揭露矿体，初步预计V2O5资源量将增加15.16万吨，公司将根据矿区实际情况做好下一步勘查增储及矿山的开采生产工作，为新能源新材料业务发展提供资源保障。

Loufanggou Vanadium Mine is located in the southwest of Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province. The site is 2.513 square kilometers, the annual production scale is 660,000 tons, the ore amount is 46.103 million tons, the V2O5 resource amount is 499,900 tons, and the average grade is 1.08%. It is estimated that the annual output of V2O5 will reach 5000 tons after it is put into production. There are multiple vanadium mining rights around the site, with outstanding integration advantages and considerable resource prospects. Yulong Gold has signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Group, and will cooperate with Dalian Rongke on the investment and development of domestic and foreign vanadium mining resources, vanadium product procurement, all-vanadium liquid flow energy storage market development and customer development layout. In the process of adit construction for supplement exploration, newly discovered ore bodies were not revealed in the original geological exploration report. It is preliminarily estimated that V2O5 resources will increase by 151,600 tons. According to the actual situation of the site, Yulong Gold will do a good job in the next exploration, storage increase and mining and production of the mine, so as to provide resource guarantee for the development of new energy and new materials business.

       硅石矿项目位于辽宁省辽阳市灯塔市，矿区面积0.3975平方公里，总资源储量合计1665.4万吨，品位97.35%。通过外围扩界整合资源量可增至1亿吨以上。

The Silica Mine Project is located in Dengta City, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province. The site is 0.3975 square kilometers, the total resource reserve is 16.654 million tons, and the grade is 97.35%. The amount of resources can be increased to more than 100 million tons through periphery expansion and integration.

  2023年全年，公司实现营收24.24亿元，实现归母净利润4.45亿元，同比增长52.90%。帕金戈金矿实现产金量9.15万盎司（2.85吨），创矿区近15年以来产量新高；黄金贵金属业务实现收入12.61亿元，营收占比达到52.01%，实现归母净利润3.96亿元，占公司归母净利润的88.88%。公司主业含金量大增，矿业属性凸显。

In the whole year of 2023, Yulong Gold achieved revenue of 2.424 billion yuan and net profit attributed to shareholders of 445 million yuan, up 52.90% year-on-year. Pajingo Gold Mine achieved a gold output of 91,500 ounces (2.85 tons), a new high in the site in the past 15 years. The gold business realized a revenue of 1.261 billion yuan, accounting for 52.01% of the revenue, and realized a net profit attributed to shareholders of 396 million yuan, accounting for 88.88% of the company's net profit attributed to shareholders. The value of Yulong Gold's main business has increased, and the attribute of mining industry has become prominent.
