  12月21日,高新区管委会副主任,济高控股集团党委书记、董事长兼总经理孙萌到玉龙股份调研。

On December 21, Sun Meng, deputy director of the Innovation Zone Management Committee, Party secretary, chairman and general manager of Jinan Hi-Tech Holding Group, came to Yulong Gold for research.

  在座谈会上,孙萌听取了玉龙股份2023年重点工作完成情况、存在问题及2024年工作思路的汇报,并就下一步加快高质量发展提出具体要求。

At the symposium, Sun Meng listened to the report on the completion of the Yulong Gold’s key work in 2023, existing problems and suggestions, as well as working ideas in 2024, and put forward specific requirements for accelerating high-quality development in the next step.

  孙萌指出,今年以来,玉龙股份承压奋进,攻坚克难,坚决推进黄金矿业与新能源新材料矿产“双轮驱动”战略落地,推动公司转型发展,取得显著成绩。明年要继续保持高质量发展态势,确保完成各项目标任务。一是锚定战略定位,持续推进“双轮驱动”发展,同时也要根据国际、国内形势及集团发展情况及时丰富对标,形成对集团的更强支撑;二是不断强化市值管理,围绕增强公司核心竞争力,分项深化实施各类措施,实现资本市场的有效呈现;三是坚持市场化管理决策机制,探索推进股权激励、员工持股等激励机制;四是持续加大集团对玉龙股份各项工作的支持,赋能上市公司高质量发展。

Sun Meng pointed out that since the beginning of this year, Yulong Gold has pressed ahead under pressure and overcome difficulties. At the same time, Yulong Gold has resolutely promoted the implement of the “two-wheel drive” strategy of gold mining and new energy and new material minerals, pushed forward the transformation and development of the company and made remarkable achievements. Yulong Gold will continue to maintain a high-quality development trend next year to ensure the fulfillment of various objectives and tasks. First, adhere to the strategic positioning and continue to promote the development of the “two-wheel drive” strategy. In the meanwhile, the company should also enrich the benchmarking management in a timely manner according to the international and domestic situation so as to form a stronger support for the Group. The second is to continuously strengthen the market value management, to deepen the implementation of various measures in order to intensify the company’s core competitiveness, and achieve the effective presentation of the capital market. The third is to insist on the market-oriented management decision-making mechanism. At the same time, Yulong Gold should also promote the incentive mechanism such as equity incentive and employee stock ownership. The fourth is that the Group will continue to increase its support for the work of Yulong Gold and empower the high-quality development of listed companies.
