In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Group’s work summary meeting of 2023 and promote Yulong Gold’s high-quality development in 2024, on February 6, the company held a work summary meeting of 2023 to comprehensively summarize the work in 2023 and arrange the key work in 2024. The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the Group’s work summary meeting of 2023, and praised the outstanding project teams and individuals in 2023. Niu Lei signedthe Responsibility Letter for Business Objectivesin 2024with the heads of various project companies respectively. Persons in charge of the key work and project companies made statements. On behalf of the management, Li Zhenchuan, general manager of Yulong Gold, summarized the business status of 2023 and made arrangements for the business plan in 2024.

The meeting fully praised the achievements made by various project companies and departments in 2023. The meeting pointed out that 2024 is a crucial year for Yulong Gold to implement the 14th Five-Year Plan and transformation and upgrading. The whole company should unify the understanding that development is the top priority and push forward all the work in 2024 with a struggling attitude: First, we should promote new development with a struggling attitude, put talent work in a more prominent position, and strive to create a new situation in talent work. Second, we should promote new development with a struggling attitude, focus on improving core competitiveness, and ensure that key performance indicator are overfulfilled.
