Employees of Pajingo Gold Mine visited Yulong Gold Headquarters

  为加强境外矿区员工与集团及公司本部的企业文化融合，促进双方文化交流并提高员工对集团企业文化的认同感和归属感，10月20日，澳洲帕金戈矿区优秀员工代表一行来到济南本部进行学习交流。

In order to strengthen the integration of corporate culture between overseas site employees and the group and the company headquarters, promote cultural exchanges between the two sides and improve the sense of identity and belonging of employees to the group's corporate culture, on October 20, a delegation of outstanding employees from Pajingo Gold Mine in Australia visited the headquarters of Yulong Gold in Jinan.

  在见面欢迎会上，公司有关领导首先向来访人员表示欢迎，感谢他们为矿区发展所做出的卓越贡献。相关负责人介绍了集团及公司的基本情况，并观看了集团宣传片和司歌mv。随后，来访人员相继参观了汉峪金谷、中欧制造国际企业港及算谷等产业园区。

At the meeting, the relevant leaders of Yulong Gold first welcomed the visitors and thanked them for their outstanding contributions to the development of the site. The relevant person in charge introduced the basic situation of the group and the company, and watched the group's promotional video and mv. Afterwards, the visitors visited Hanyu Finance Valley, China-Europe Manufacturing International Enterprise Port and China Computing Valley. 

  公司致力于打造包容开放的企业氛围。本次交流活动，既拉近了澳洲矿区一线人员与集团及公司本部员工的距离，又促进了境外矿区一线人员进一步了解集团和玉龙股份的管理优势，提升了员工对企业认同感和归属感。矿区员工也纷纷表示对集团和公司的发展情况感到震撼，回国之后必将本次交流之行的所见所闻分享给同事与家人，并在今后的工作中进一步激发工作热情，为矿区持续增产增效贡献力量。
