Yulong Gold Held the Third Quarter Business Analysis Meeting
In order to implement the spirit of the Group's third quarter business analysis meeting and ensure the full completion of the annual target tasks, Yulong Gold held the third quarter business analysis meeting in 2023 on October 10th. Niu Lei, Jinan Hi-tech Holding Group's Party committee member, deputy general manager, Yulong Gold's chairman, attended the meeting and made a statement.
The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the Group's third quarter business analysis meeting. Relevant functional departments, project leaders and members of leading group reported the completion of key work, the existing problems and the next work plans. Li Zhenchuan, the general manager of Yulong Gold, comprehensively reported the completion of the company's economic indicators in the third quarter, the promotion of key work, the existing problems and the work plans in the fourth quarter.
The meeting emphasized that 2023 is a crucial year for the implementation of the company's 14th Five-Year Plan. We should look at this year from a five-year perspective and look at the next five years from this year's perspective. Summarizing the work in the first three quarters of this year was very vital for completing the annual task indicators and the 14th Five-Year Plan. The meeting requested that in order to implement all the work in the fourth quarter, first, we should persistently adhere to strategic guidance, establish the clearest target, and pay attention to the wholeness, realizability and sustainability; second, we should persistently clear the implementation path, form the best working method, and pay attention to highlighting key points, stages and trade-offs; third, we should persistently correct the value orientation, give full play to the most positive force, and insist on defining heroes by responsibility, achievements and word of mouth; fourth, we should persistently create an organizational atmosphere, stimulate the strongest motivation, and build a competition field, training field and practice field; fifth, we should persistently improve the management system, structure the most stable support, and accelerate the construction and improvement of the incentive system, accountability system and supervision system; sixth, we should persistently strengthen the competitive advantage, cultivate the most hard-core competitiveness, foster highly specialized talent, form unique technology and mode, and then create the optimal system and mechanism. Through the above work, we would help to fully complete the annual task objectives and lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the company's 14th Five-Year Plan.
